§ 122C-24. Adverse action on a license.
(a)The Secretary may deny, suspend, amend, or revoke a license in any case in which the Secretary finds that there has been a substantial failure to comply with any provision of this Article or other applicable statutes or any applicable rule adopted pursuant to these statutes. Actions under this section and appeals of those actions shall be in accordance with rules of the Commission and Chapter 150B of the General Statutes.
