§ 115C-238.33. Plan for effective use of fiscal resources; comprehensive plan to implement extended services programs.
(a)The State Board of Education shall develop model plans which show how to
(i)deliver comprehensive extended services;
(ii)effectively use all fiscal resources, including federal funds, and other resources under its control that support the goals of this Part; and
(iii)maintain quality program evaluation. The model plans shall be communicated to local units and building-level committees.
