§ 106-875. Forest management appropriation.
Necessary funds for carrying out the provisions of G.S. 106-870 and G.S. 106-872 to G.S. 106-875 shall be set up in the regular budget as an item entitled "forest management." (2011-145, s. 13.25(o).)
