Any collector, as defined in this Article, shall be subject to the provisions of subdivision
(5)and subdivision
(6)of G.S. 106-168.8 and the provisions of G.S. 106-168.9, and any rules and regulations adopted by the Commissioner pursuant thereto. (1953, c. 732.)
