§ 106-1066. Definitions.
As used in this Article:
(1)"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
(2)"Department" means the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
(3)Repealed by Session Laws 2024-32, s. 2(b), effective July 3, 2024.
(4)"Person" means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, or any other legal entity. (2020-18, s. 6; 2020-80, s. 2.7(a); 2024-32, s. 2(b).)
