85-20-111 . Department to make record available. The department shall furnish and make available to the Yellowstone River Compact commission, from the records filed in its office, all appropriative rights acquired after January 1, 1950, to the use of the waters of the interstate tributaries of the Yellowstone River in the state of Montana, the amount of the annual diversions from those interstate tributaries, and any other information that its records may disclose as may be required by the Yellowstone River Compact commission.
