The triplicate must be filed within 7 days after its execution and without cost in the office of the county clerk and recorder of the county in which the animal is received by the licensed renderer or the renderer's agent. The quadruplicate must be retained by the person, corporation, or association that requested removal of the dead or fallen animal.
