81-23-203 . Application for licenses. An applicant for license to operate as a producer, producer-distributor, distributor, or jobber shall file a signed application upon a blank prepared by the department and containing the information required by the board. The application must certify the applicant to be the holder of all licenses required by the board for the conduct of the applicant's business or, in the case of milk entering this state from another state or foreign nation, compliance with the requirements of the Montana Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The application must be accompanied by the license fee required to be paid.
