80-4-726 . Copies of grades and rules to be furnished and displayed by warehouse operators.
(1)The department shall, immediately after the adoption of rules establishing grades fixing dockage, supply all warehouse operators with a copy of the grades and rules. A warehouse operator shall keep a copy on file in a convenient place in each warehouse. If an office is maintained in connection with the warehouse, a copy of the grades and rules shall be kept on file in the office. A placard notice must be posted in a conspicuous place in every warehouse and office, reading "A copy of Montana grades and rules is on file here for information of interested parties".
(2)A warehouse operator shall exhibit a copy of the grades and rules to any interested party at any warehouse or office and permit the interested party to examine the copy.
