80-11-101 . Definitions. As used in this part, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
(1)"Agricultural products" means crops, livestock, and livestock products.
(2)"Marketing" means all activities involved in getting agricultural products from the producer to the consumer and includes transportation, processing, and distribution.
