75-10-407 . Concurrent permit and major facility siting decisions. If it is determined that an application for a certificate under the Montana Major Facility Siting Act, Title 75, chapter 20, will result in the generation, transportation, storage, or disposal of hazardous wastes as defined in 75-10-403 , the department shall conduct its review under the provisions of this part concurrently with the studies of air and water quality conducted under the provisions of the Montana Major Facility Siting Act.
