75-10-232 . Penalty for violations.
(1)A person violating this part or regulations prescribed by the department under this part, except 75-10-212 (2), is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $50 or more than $500.
(2)Each day upon which a violation occurs is a separate violation.
