72-38-219 . Appeal. An appeal may be taken from the grant or denial of any final order made under this chapter except the following:
(1)compelling the trustee to provide information or submit a report to a qualified beneficiary pursuant to 72-38-213 (2)(g);
(2)accepting the resignation of a trustee pursuant to 72-38-213 (2)(k); or
(3)approving removal of a testamentary trust from continuing court jurisdiction pursuant to 72-38-213 (2)(r).
