7-31-110 . Effect of election.
(1)If a majority of the votes cast were for the contract and bonds, then the contract is in full force and effect and the bonds shall be issued and disposed of in the manner provided in this part.
(2)If there was a tie vote or a majority of the votes were cast against the contract and bonds, then the contract and surety bond given for its fulfillment are void and the bonds shall not be issued.
