7-2-6108 . Withdrawn property subject to existing indebtedness. All taxable property within a hospital district or school district withdrawn under this part remains subject to taxation for any bonded indebtedness of the existing hospital district or school district as of the date the petition to alter the hospital district or school district boundary is submitted to the same extent it would have been subject if not withdrawn.
