7-14-243 . Examination of petition -- hearing.
(1)Upon the filing of such petition, the commissioners shall carefully examine the petition.
(a)If it is found that the petition is in proper form and bears the requisite number of signatures of qualified petitioners, the commissioners shall by resolution call for a public hearing on the dissolution of such transportation district.
(b)If such petition is found by the commissioners to be lacking in the number of signatures, the commissioners shall declare the petition void.
