7-13-2305 . Legal sufficiency of notice. The legislature hereby finds, determines, and declares that the giving of notice in accordance with 7-13-2304
(2)is reasonably calculated to inform the owners of taxable real property located within the boundaries of the district of the hearing provided for in 7-13-2306
(4)and that the giving of any further notice is impracticable and is unnecessary to the assurance of due process of law to such property owners.
