61-3-407 . Personalized license plates for disabled -- military, veteran, and generic specialty license plates. Subject to the provisions of 61-3-405 and 61-3-406 , an application for standard license plates bearing a wheelchair as the symbol of a person with a disability under 61-3-332 (9), special military or veteran license plates under 61-3-458 , or generic specialty license plates under 61-3-472 through 61-3-481 may be combined with an application for personalized plates. The application must be made on a form supplied by the department.
