61-2-506 . Rulemaking authority.
(1)The department shall adopt rules necessary for the administration of this part.
(2)The rules must include but are not limited to:
(a)the weighting of the criteria listed in 61-2-504 for scoring purposes;
(b)allowable reasons for not awarding a grant;
(c)the appeal process for an emergency medical service provider that does not receive a grant; and
(d)reporting requirements for grant recipients.
