46-30-205 . Timeline for delivering person. After the person is arrested upon a governor's warrant of arrest and rendition of this state, or a waiver of extradition has been executed, the timeline for the transfer of the person to the agent or agents of another state must be set as provided in the federal Extradition Act, 18 U.S.C. 3182, as of December 17, 2024. If a hold exists under 46-30-202 , the timeline for the transfer of the person is tolled until the person has been tried and discharged or convicted and punished in this state.
