35-20-207 . Annual report of trustees -- duty of county attorney.
(1)The trustees at each annual meeting shall make a report in writing, which report shall be signed by at least a majority of the members of such board and shall contain a statement of their doings and of the affairs of the association and an account of the receipts and disbursements during the year preceding. Such report must be duly verified and filed in the office of the clerk of the district court. Such reports shall be noticed for hearing and heard in the same manner as reports of administrators in estates of deceased persons.
(2)It is hereby made the duty of the county attorney of the county in which cemetery is situated to act without charge as the legal advisor of all officers of a cemetery association and to prepare and present any and all reports required to be made by such officers.
