3-5-405 . Change of place of holding court in emergency.
(1)The judge of the district court authorized to hold or preside at a court appointed to be held at a particular place may, by an order filed with the clerk of the district court and published as the judge may prescribe, direct that the court be held or continued at any place in the county other than that appointed when war, insurrection, pestilence, or other public calamity, the danger of such a calamity, or the destruction or danger of the public building appointed for the holding the court may render it necessary.
(2)The district court judge may, in the same manner, revoke the order and may appoint another place in the same county for holding the court.
