3-5-117 . Rooms -- records.
(1)Each trial before a judge pro tempore must be conducted in a suitable room in the courthouse in the judicial district where the action was filed, unless the parties or their attorneys stipulate in writing that the trial may be held elsewhere.
(2)All records must be filed and kept in accordance with the rules governing the district court where the action was filed.
