20-3-314 . School district trustee information.
(1)The office of public instruction shall create a repository, accessible through its website, that makes the following information readily available for each school district of the state, which is updated within 14 days following the qualification and oathtaking under 20-3-307 of a newly elected trustee or for the filling of a vacancy on the board:
(a)a list of current trustees, including the terms the trustees are serving and, if applicable, the trustee district;
(b)contact information for current trustees;
(c)if the board of trustees maintains a website, a link to the website; and
(d)contact information for the school district clerk.
(2)The office of public instruction shall collaborate with school district clerks in developing the most efficient means to implement the requirements of this section.
