17-2-303 . Reduction of charge required. A state agency that maintains a cash balance in a state charge for services fund or a local government entity that maintains a cash balance in a local charge for services fund contrary to the limitation provided in 17-2-302
(1)for more than 60 days shall, within 120 days after the end of the 60-day period, reduce the charge for services or, in the case of a state fund or local fund into which two or more charges for service are deposited, reduce one or more charges for services specified by the state agency or local government entity until the cash balance in the state fund or local fund complies with the limitation in 17-2-302 (1).
