10-2-106 . Acceptance of federal funds or other funds.
(1)The board may accept from the federal government or any of its agencies any funds made available to carry out the activities and purposes of the board as identified in 10-2-102 . Federal funds must be deposited in the veterans' services federal account established in 10-2-112 (4).
(2)The board may accept gifts, grants, or donations from other public or private sources, which must be used within the scope of activities and purposes identified in 10-2-102 or as otherwise authorized by the board.
(3)Gifts, grants, or donations must be deposited in the veterans' services account established in 10-2-112
(1)unless specifically assigned by the donor to the special revenue account for state veterans' cemeteries established in 10-2-603 .
