§ 97-33-21. Gambling; gambling with minor; applicability of section to games or lotteries authorized by Mississippi lottery law.

Any person of full age who shall bet any money or thing of any value with a minor, or allow a minor to bet at any game or gaming-table exhibited by him, or in which he is interested or in any manner concerned, on conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) and imprisoned not less than three
(3)months.
This section shall apply to minors under the age of twenty-one
(21)as it might apply to the operation of any game or lottery authorized by Chapter 115, Title 27.
