Except as otherwise provided in this section, no school district shall contract with any licensed personnel for a number of employment days which shall be less than one hundred eighty-five (185).
Beginning with the 1994-1995 school year, no school district shall contract with any licensed personnel for less than one hundred eighty-seven
(187)employment days.
Licensed personnel may be employed for less than a full school year if the contract states the exact period of time for which the licensed person is to be employed.
