The building located at 255 Tracy Drive in Mississippi State, Mississippi, and also known as the “Old Extension Service Building,” shall be named the “Lloyd-Ricks-Watson Building” after former university employees Edward R. Lloyd and James R. Ricks, and current university employee Vance H. Watson.Such employees have served as the Director of the Experiment Station and the Director of the Extension Service, and are the only three
(3)individuals in history who have served in both capacities at Mississippi State University.Mississippi State University shall prepare a distinctive plaque to be placed in a prominent place inside the building, which states the background, accomplishments and service to the state of these university employees.
