§ 37-101-353. Authority of board of trustees.

The board is authorized to take any and all necessary and proper action for the implementation of Sections 37-101-351 through 37-101-357, including but not limited to
(a)pursuing cooperative ventures with the John C. Stennis Institute of Government; and
(b)pursuing cooperative ventures with the John C. Stennis Center for Public Service Training and Development.
