99.910. Form of bond, how determined — more restrictive or additional criteria for mortgages and loans may be set by municipality. — The governing body of the municipality issuing bonds pursuant to the provisions of sections 99.875 to 99.912 shall prescribe the form, details and incidents of the bonds, and shall make such covenants as in its judgment are advisable or necessary to properly secure the payment thereof; but the form, details, incidents, and covenants shall not be inconsistent with any of the provisions of sections 99.875 to 99.912 .
The governing body of the municipality may prescribe more restrictive or additional criteria for mortgages or loans qualifying for the purposes specified in sections 99.875 to 99.912 .
