9.175. Hydrocephalus Awareness Month designated for month of September. — The month of September is hereby designated as "Hydrocephalus Awareness Month" in Missouri. The citizens of this state are encouraged to participate in appropriate events and activities so that Missourians can become more familiar with hydrocephalus and the individuals dedicated to finding its cure.
