387.355. Rate orders vacated for transportation of household goods in intrastate commerce, when, limitation. — On August 28, 2012, all rate orders issued by the state highways and transportation commission or its predecessors affecting the transportation of household goods by common carriers in intrastate commerce, pursuant to the authority of any of the provisions in this chapter or chapter 390 , shall be vacated and set aside, but only to the extent that those rate orders require or prescribe any minimum rates, maximum rates, or minimum-and-maximum rates for the transportation of household goods by common carriers in intrastate commerce.
This section shall not vacate or set aside any other requirements or provisions contained in those rate orders.
