Cancellation or nonrenewal of entire line or class of insurance requires ninety days' prior notice to director. — No insurance company shall cancel or nonrenew an entire line or class of commercial casualty insurance without giving ninety days' prior written notice to the director prior to the mailing of notices of cancellation or nonrenewal to the insured.
