Regulation of the valuation of life insurance policies — may adopt NAIC model regulation. — The department of commerce and insurance shall promulgate regulations governing the valuation of life insurance policies. The department of commerce and insurance may adopt the "Valuation of Life Insurance Policies Model Regulation" adopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
