376.2036. Enforcement — applicability to health insurance plans, when. — Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the department of commerce and insurance shall enforce sections 376.2030 to 376.2036 . The provisions of sections 376.2030 to 376.2036 shall apply to health insurance and health benefit plans delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed on or after January 1, 2018.
