375.1238. Power of director to institute proceedings, when. — The director in his sole discretion may institute proceedings under sections 375.1160 to 375.1164 at the request of the director of the state department of commerce and insurance, or other appropriate insurance official of the domiciliary state of any foreign or alien insurer having property located in this state.
