374.420. Insurers not liable because of compliance. — There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against any insurer reporting hereunder or its agents or employees, or the director of the department of commerce and insurance or * the director's employees, for any action taken by them pursuant to sections 374.400 to 374.425 .
