No criminal or civil liability for pawnbroker exercising due care and good faith. — A licensed pawnbroker, or agent or employee of the licensed pawnbroker, who acts, pursuant to the provisions of sections 367.011 to 367.060 , in good faith, exercises due care and follows the provisions of the law, shall not be subject to criminal or civil liability for any such act.
