Rates, parties may agree to a rate, restrictions. — As an alternative to the time price differential authorized by section 365.120 , the parties may agree to any rate or amount of time price differential not exceeding a rate or amount authorized by section 408.450 , but any such agreement shall be subject to the restrictions and conditions of sections 408.450 to 408.467 .
