354.565. Community-based health maintenance organization designation given, when — revocation. — The director of the department of commerce and insurance shall designate those health maintenance organizations which meet the criteria established in subdivision
(3)of section 354.400 as community-based health maintenance organizations. After a community-based health maintenance organization has been so designated for two years, the director may revoke such designation at any time thereafter upon finding that the health maintenance organization has ceased to meet the established criteria for community-based health maintenance organizations.
