354.150. Fees — waiver, when. — 1. Every health services corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380 shall pay to the director the fees specified in section 374.230 .
2. Fees mandated in subdivision
(1)of section 374.230 shall be waived if a majority shareholder, officer, or director of the organizing corporation is a member of the Missouri National Guard or any other active duty military, resides in the state of Missouri, and provides proof of such service to the secretary of state.
