351.1165. Clerk to collect — supreme court to set amount — amount prior to adjustment. — Before a cooperative begins dissolution, a notice of intent to dissolve shall be filed with the secretary of state. The notice shall contain:
(1)The name of the cooperative;
(2)The date and place of the members' meeting at which the resolution was approved; and
(3)A statement that the requisite vote of the members approved the proposed dissolution.
