Board's authority not limited, when. — Nothing in sections 340.200 to 340.330 shall be construed as limiting the board's authority to establish additional physical requirements or minimum standards by rulemaking for any facility listed in sections 340.200 to 340.330 or for any place, unit or setting from which the practice of veterinary medicine is conducted.
