Compliance with uniform standards required. — State-certified real estate appraisers, state-licensed real estate appraisers, state-licensed appraiser trainees, and state-certified appraiser trainees shall comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice promulgated by the appraisal standards board of the appraisal foundation.
