332.073. Death or incapacity, continuation of dental practice, when. — The surviving spouse or personal representative of a deceased dentist or the spouse or person legally authorized to act for an incapacitated licensed dentist, for a period of twenty-four months following the death or incapacitation of such dentist, may perform the acts set forth in subdivision
(10)of section 332.071 , provided that he or she shall employ or contract with persons licensed in Missouri to practice dentistry or dental hygiene as defined in this chapter.
