324.427. Unlawful use of title of registered interior designer. — It is unlawful for any person to advertise or indicate to the public that the person is a registered interior designer in this state, unless such person is registered as a registered interior designer by the division and is in good standing pursuant to sections 324.400 to 324.439 .
