302.025. Driver training programs, instruction on traffic stops. — All driver training programs offered within this state shall include instruction concerning law enforcement procedures for traffic stops, including a demonstration of the proper actions to be taken during a traffic stop and appropriate interactions with law enforcement. Such programs shall also present enrollees with the information provided by the department of revenue pursuant to section 302.176 . As used in this section, "driver training programs" shall include private drivers' education programs and driver training programs taught by an instructor holding a valid driver education endorsement on a teaching certificate issued by the state department of elementary and secondary education.
