287.241. Death benefits, inconsistent with section 287.240, when. — The dependent and the employer may, by agreement, enter into a structured settlement which provides for different weekly benefits than provided in section 287.240 . Any such settlement must be secured by indemnity insurance issued by a company approved by the Missouri department of commerce and insurance.
