227.881. Davy & Natalie Lloyd memorial highway designation for a portion of U.S. Highway 60 in Newton County. — Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the portion of U.S. Highway 60 from Kodiak Road continuing east to Cemetery Road in Newton County shall be designated the "Davy & Natalie Lloyd Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
